I was born with a genetic disease, and doctors stated I would not live past the age of 5. I'm past 40, so I'm happy to say we proved them wrong.
Health is composed of six different aspects: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial.
If one of them is out of sync, the other will suffer.
My Spanish YouTube channel has 400+ videos, 76,000 subscribers and 5+ million views since it started in January 2017.
