What is integrative health and why do you need it? We're not talking about disease here... but much more.
I was born with a genetic disease, and doctors stated I would not live past the age of 5. I'm past 40, so I'm happy to say we proved them wrong. My mother devoted her life to learning how to turn the diagnosis around, and eventually left her career as an architect in order to teach natural healing.
It will not feel surprising that I felt prompted to teach natural healing too, when we discovered that doTERRA’s approach actually covers the six fundamental aspects of health that we had been living and preaching all these years.
Health is actually composed of six different aspects: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial.
If one of them is out of sync, the other will suffer.
That is what I covered in this short but effective presentation I did Live at doTERRA's European Convention "Shine" in May 2023 in Lisboa, Portugal.
